Maybe it's because it's a weekday, but there weren't many people and it was nice and comfortable.

I applied for Priority Pass access for my companion. At the reception, the KLOOK voucher was not recognized, and I waited quite a while. Apparently, it causes an error if the applicant's name and the user's name are different. I questioned their handling of the situation. Although the seating was cramped, the atmosphere was lovely. I also enjoyed the food.

On the day of my visit, I was told the QR code couldn't be used when I presented it at the lounge. When I contacted support for a refund, I was informed that refunds were not possible. Since then, I've submitted various documents, including images of my airline ticket, requesting a refund, but I've been told the code has already been used. This process is still ongoing, and I'm starting to feel exhausted.
