【Important Information Before Departure】

• We will send you a pre-departure notice with your tour guide's information between 18:00 and 20:00 the day before your departure. You can proactively add the tour guide's SNS account from the email. Please check all your inboxes, as the email may be mistakenly filtered into your spam folder. Please understand that the email delivery time may be delayed during peak season. In special cases, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, we will decide whether to cancel the trip by 12:00 (local time) the day before departure and notify you by email.
• Each passenger can bring one 29-inch suitcase.

【Meeting and Departure】

• We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point in advance to avoid missing the departure time.
• This tour is a shared ride. To protect the rights of all passengers and ensure the smooth operation of the tour, we will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you are late due to personal reasons, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
• There are many exits and complex traffic flow at the Kyoto meeting point. Please arrive early and wait patiently for the vehicle or tour leader.

【Contact Information】

• Unless there are special circumstances, the driver/tour guide will not proactively contact you in advance.
• If you do not want to return to the departure point with the vehicle after the tour, please indicate this in the remarks column when booking. If you decide on the spot, you must sign a Chinese/English waiver before leaving the group.

【Weather and Temporary Changes】

• The itinerary will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather and road conditions on the day.
• If some facilities cannot operate due to force majeure during the trip, a partial refund will be provided. However, the facility fees included in the tour fee are different from the facility public price, so refunds cannot be based on the facility public price. Thank you for your understanding.

【Notes for Children and Seniors】

• Children under 7 years old who wish to experience the chairlift should be accompanied by an adult sitting on their lap.
• If children or seniors are unable to ride the chairlift, please ask the tour guide to help arrange a ride on the monorail (no additional charge). However, the monorail runs every 20 minutes, which may affect the overall tour time. Thank you for your understanding.

【Guided Tour Service】

• This tour mainly provides explanations in Chinese. We do not guarantee that staff will be available in English, Japanese, or Korean on the day.
• The tour leader is not a professional tour guide and only provides brief itinerary explanations and attraction introductions, without in-depth guided tours. Thank you for your understanding.
