it was an excellent experience to Yulong Snow Mountain included the impression show which is indeed impressive.
It's a great one-day course. The guide is friendly and... I recommend it for your bucket list.
Tour guide is unclear about the itinerary. The sales person of the tour guide that has brought us to buy the oxygen cylinder sound really threatening if we do not buy. No specific direction of where to go and timing. He told us to meet at ~5:30pm but never tell us where to meet . No reply in his grp msg until have to call him to ask. Then only send us his location and ask us to find him. One of the team member was late for 1.5hrs and tour guide never inform us and we are waiting in his car with open windows with the cold winds. Tour guide just leave us in the car alone for 1.5hrs without saying single things. The food provided were disappointing as it was a hotpot that was shared with unknown people not even our team member but some random people. Do not recommend people to join this tour!!!!
I will give 0 star if I can. maybe they misunderstood the definition of guided tour because nobody was guiding us. Did not follow the itinerary at all, we didn't visit yulong scenic view and gan hai zi lake although we PAID for the package. Jade snow mountain hike was change to morning without any prior notice. why give the itinerary if you're not gonna follow ? Not responsive when asked why the change in itinerary, the only reply I get is "You have to follow the driver" although I PAID for the itinerary that was in klook. To add, the driver in yunnan brought us to scammer place that was scaring us into buying oxygen tanks which was 10 times more expensive! Overall just delete this itinerary if you're not gonna follow, or just stop doing what you do.

- This itinerary is for reference only. In the event of force majeure (such as strong winds or snow) causing the large cable car to stop running or being unavailable during certain time slots, we will flexibly adjust the cable car time. If the Spruce Meadow Small Cable Car is used instead, the guide will refund the cable car price difference of 80 RMB/person on the spot. If all cable cars are suspended, a cable car fee of 120 RMB/person will be refunded on the spot. Additionally, due to the large volume of people, there may be long waiting times, which we hope you understand.
- The driver/guide will allocate the sightseeing time and order of visits based on the cable car schedule without reducing the number of attractions.
- Tourists must pay attention to their own safety and carry valuables with them! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
- You must bring your valid ID with you when you depart. If you are unable to board the plane, take the train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying a valid ID, you will be responsible for the losses.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend that tourists participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists acting without authorization.
