I had the pleasure of meeting tour guide Seo Geum-bong. The weather was beautiful today, and the area we visited was wonderful. Although I've visited Osaka many times, I've always stayed near the city center. I knew there were many places I could visit within a 2-3 hour radius, but as someone who relies on public transportation, I was concerned about transfers, travel time, and cost. It was such a happy and exciting experience to visit such beautiful places so comfortably. Today, people from three countries – Taiwan, Singapore, and Korea – were together, and thanks to Guide Seo Geum-bong's excellent Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, we heard many interesting stories we hadn't known before. I hadn't expected to meet a Korean guide when I made the reservation, so I was very grateful for her care and consideration. She is a guide I would love to meet again if I have the chance. It's a shame that many Koreans don't know about this tour. I hope more people discover it.

Our tour guide, Xu Jinfeng, was friendly, dedicated, and humorous, making the entire trip relaxed and enjoyable, with no stress at all. The itinerary was also well-planned, neither too rushed nor too loose. The only downside was that the tour group did not send a notification in advance to confirm whether the minimum number of participants had been met. We received no response from Klook customer service or the supplier when we inquired. We only felt at ease when we arrived at the meeting point on the day of the tour and saw the guide. The initial communication from the supplier was not very good, which was a bit of a poor experience. We originally considered leaving a negative review, but the guide was excellent, so we gave a positive one instead.

We were incredibly lucky on this trip to have our tour guide, Qiqi. She was professional, patient, and meticulous, with excellent, fluent Mandarin. Along the way, she shared her extensive knowledge of the local customs, history, and anecdotes, making every explanation lively and engaging as she beautifully narrated the stories behind each scenic spot. The itinerary was well-planned and thoughtful, always considering everyone's needs and taking care of each tourist. Her cheerful and easygoing personality, combined with her sincere and warm demeanor, made the entire journey relaxed and comfortable. We sincerely thank Qiqi for her dedicated effort; she is a trustworthy and outstanding guide who made us feel completely at ease!

Our tour guide, Qianhui, was incredibly nice, very enthusiastic throughout the trip, and proactively shared many interesting local tourism facts with us. The entire tour experience was excellent, and communication was easy and pleasant. Thank you, Qianhui, for taking such good care of us!
