Pre-departure Notice

We will contact you via the contact information you provided between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive the information, please check your email. Emails may sometimes be mistakenly placed in the spam folder. During peak tourist seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive travel information on the day of departure, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag for assistance. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified by email of the cancellation one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 18:00 local time the day before departure and notify you by email. Seating and Vehicles • This tour is a group tour, and seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please make a note. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions. • The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of people. You cannot specify the type of vehicle. When there are few people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be briefer. • If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional costs will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour). • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. • In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the operation of facilities such as cable cars and pleasure boats to be suspended, you will instead visit other attractions or adjust the length of stay. • Fees will not be refunded for lateness due to personal reasons, changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway through the tour. Any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the group will be your own responsibility. Seasons and Landscapes • Visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer. It is recommended to confirm the weather information before booking. • Seasonal limited events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refund will be given.

Other Notes • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and it is not possible to join the tour midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers are advised to register cautiously according to their own health conditions.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be中止due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will also need to bear the cost of return or additional accommodation themselves.

* During peak seasons on Japanese holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
