• Please make sure that your communication software is available during your trip in Japan. If you cancel or arrive late due to lack of contact, no refund will be given. If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum requirement, the trip will be cancelled. In case of severe weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the decision on whether to cancel will be made 1 day before departure and will be notified by email
• It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes, and bring warm clothes and rain gear as needed
• The itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are uncontrollable. Please avoid arranging other activities that night. We are deeply sorry for any delays
• If you are unable to join the tour or the scenery is affected due to force majeure such as traffic and weather, no refund or rescheduling will be given. Please understand. The itinerary or stay time of each attraction may be adjusted due to factors such as traffic or facility maintenance. If you give up the trip for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The trip does not provide transfers or joining. Losses caused by lateness or failure to participate must be borne by yourself.
• Children under 3 years old who need to reserve a seat must purchase tickets at the same price as adults and make a note in advance.
