【Private Tour】Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, Dujiangyan, Panda Base 3-4 Day Tour

This time, I booked a private tour for my in-laws, wife, and children. In mid-April, there was still snow in Huanglong, but the scenery was breathtaking. We also had a travel photoshoot arranged within Jiuzhaigou, which was a fantastic experience! The scenic area has shuttle buses and cable cars, so elderly people who can't walk much can use them. The 5-star hotel was at the entrance to the valley, and the rooms had humidifiers and oxygen supply. The biggest advantage of a private tour is that you set your own pace; if the elderly get tired, they can rest. The driver and tour leader provided excellent service. After three days, my father-in-law said several times, "It was well worth it," and the immersive experience was superb. If your budget allows, don't hesitate to book this for your family.

Finally fulfilled my Jiuzhai Valley dream! The itinerary wasn't rushed, and we had plenty of time at each attraction to take photos and enjoy the scenery. The water in Jiuzhai Valley is truly beautiful beyond words. Huanglong's altitude isn't too high, so walking slowly was no problem at all. The travel photography was a wonderful surprise; the photographer found the best angles and even gave guidance on poses. The hot pot tasted incredibly authentic with fresh ingredients, and the afternoon tea pastries added an extra touch of comfort to the trip. I recommend it to all my friends who want to visit Jiuzhai!

The travel agency staff responded quickly, and the itinerary was well-arranged, which made me feel at ease. During the trip, I encountered some minor issues with the driver, but after reporting them to the butler, Liang Liang, they were resolved quickly and with sincerity. This is a trustworthy travel agency! I brought my mother along this time, and we both had a pleasant and enjoyable time. If I travel to Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou with other family members and friends in the future, I will definitely choose this private tour package again!

Our family group enjoyed a relatively flexible itinerary and excellent service. Our driver, a seasoned local from Western Sichuan, was very enthusiastic and always punctual for pickups and drop-offs. He was also very accommodating and communicative when we requested last-minute changes to our destinations. We highly recommend him. The Tibetan family dinner was not a mass-produced experience; the hosts were very welcoming, and the yak hotpot and highland barley cakes were authentic. The hotel was also very good.

The customised tour is well organised by our travel planners Xiao Jing (小景) and Liang Liang (亮亮）with sufficient time to explore the scenic sites. The selected hotels are clean  and comfortable. All site seeing tickets were sent to us a day prior to the entry with information to navigate the scenic areas. Our assigned driver Xiao Zhang (张志刚师傅) is friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our travelling time. He is meticulous, attention to details, and ensuring we are safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Xiao Zhang has deep knowledge of the Chuan Xi area, sharing the history, tips, and recommendations along the way which is extremely helpful. He was also able to recommend delicious local cuisine. We had an enjoyable time together and were grateful to have  Xiao Zhang as our driver, his service is exceptionally. We highly recommend this tour and Xiao Zhang.

Took my parents on a three-day trip to Jiuzhai Valley, and they were happy the whole time! The itinerary was relaxed and suitable for seniors. My parents couldn't stop praising the beautiful scenery of Jiuzhai Valley, and the scenery of Huanglong was like a fairy tale world. Dujiangyan made them feel the wisdom of the ancients. The travel photography captured all the beautiful moments of the family. The soup pot was light and nourishing, which suited the elders' taste. The afternoon tea was also exquisite. There was no shopping throughout the whole trip, which was super worry-free!

The whole trip was very well arranged. The butler was very mobile, cooperative, and responsive. The seven-seater driver was polite and took good care of everyone. He also helped to book the tickets for Qianguqing. The hotel arranged by the travel agency was high-end. I will definitely book with klook again for the next trip.

The travel time was long and tiring! Otherwise, everything was good.

The hotel accommodation and driver arrangements were fine. The problem was with the butler's itinerary adjustments! The high-speed train tickets for the first day's itinerary were only booked for after 2 PM, which was 2 hours later than the original departure time! The driver took us to the horse ranch, but could only follow the itinerary, and the ranch was closed for riding at 6 PM, so we lost the first itinerary item for nothing. But the most disappointing thing was that the butler only notified us when sending the itinerary the day before departure. Aren't high-speed train tickets available for purchase two weeks in advance? Shouldn't you have notified us to discuss remedies if you couldn't buy tickets for the scheduled time? Is saying that the itinerary can't be done and then offering a refund a responsible approach? Furthermore, there was no follow-up on how much would be refunded or when. Did Klook have a problem when selecting the contractor? I need an explanation! If the other aspects weren't relatively satisfactory, the rating would be even lower!
