Luggage Information
- The baggage size calculation standard is based on a 24-inch suitcase.
- Large suitcases exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.
Oversized Baggage Additional Fees and Allowable Baggage Size Instructions
- 20-inch: Height including wheels 55cm x Width 34cm x Depth 22cm
- 24 inches: 65cm high x 41cm wide x 24cm thick including wheels
- 26 inches: 70cm high x 44cm wide x 25cm thick including wheels
- 29 inches: 75cm high (including wheels) x 48cm wide x 30cm thick
- If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional 24-inch luggage can be accommodated for each passenger fewer. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.
- If you have a lot of luggage or oversized items, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle to accommodate your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type.

Our driver 余师傅 is a very skilled and hospitable driver. He picked us up from huanglongjiuzhai station to our hotel and from the hotel back to the station. There is only one main highway to and from huanglongjiuzhai to jiuzhaigou, so we are glad that he is able to take over other slower vehicles safely, and ensuring we are in time for the train.
Quick pick up on a SUV. However when I asked if I can go to experience the Tibetan culture around town, the driver brought me to his shop to purchase herbs. Driver is on time and car is comfortable.
The driver was excellent – polite, friendly, and very punctual. They also gave us helpful reminders and suggestions about our schedule and itinerary, which made our Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou trip much smoother.
