CKSP developed in the cross-boundary passenger transport market of Hong Kong, Macau and Pearl River Delta depending on its “safety, speediness, convenience and comfortable” service.

Luggage Information
- Every passenger who holds the ticket can carry the baggage with weight not exceeding 4 kg (the volume not exceeding 0.028 m. Passenger, who holds adult ticket travelling by large passenger ship (not large power supporting ferry) shall be able to make the shipment of one piece of baggage within 30 kg (the volume not exceeding 0.2 m for free. Passenger who hold the adult ticket travelling by high speed passenger ferry (large power supporting ferry) shall be able to make the shipment of one piece of baggage within 20 kg and with volume of not exceeding 0.1 m for free. If the baggage exceed the above regulations, it shall be necessary to obtain the approval of the carrier and process the shipment arrangement. The shipment shall be charged with miscellaneous charges according to the standard regulations.

- This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Important: Be at the ferry terminal at least 60 minutes earlier to make time for the cross border check. Cancellation or rescheduling is not available for this activity
- All ferry tickets which are altered, damaged or expired will be void
- The Company will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained
- The Company reserves the final rights to this service
- If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail

Picking up tickets was easy and convenient, but please note that the seat numbers on your voucher may not be the actual seats assigned to you when you pick up the tickets. Our group of six was assigned to different seats (quite far apart).
