This was my first time having a lunch buffet at this hotel restaurant. I booked through Klook and got a discount, which made it great value for money! The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were polite. I was celebrating a friend's birthday, and I called beforehand hoping to arrange a birthday dessert and a personalized birthday message. Although the restaurant said personalized messages were only available for dinner buffets, they still provided free candles and a birthday sign, which was a nice touch! The lunch buffet here offered freshly shucked New Zealand oysters, king crab legs, mussels, chilled shrimp, and conch, among other seafood, as well as sashimi. Except for the king crab legs, which weren't very fresh, all the other seafood and sashimi were fresh and delicious. While the selection of hot dishes wasn't extensive, they all tasted good. There were also plenty of dessert options, including Häagen-Dazs and waffles. I will definitely be coming back again.
Use Klook to buy one get one free, plus Dah Sing credit card discount, the price is very affordable. Lunch has 2 kinds of oysters (USA, New Zealand) to eat, no need to queue and can be picked up by yourself, the quality and taste of oysters are good, the meat is plump and delicious; the hot dishes are good, my family praised the grilled chicken wings, grilled ribs and fish, and several expensive cheeses; there are many kinds of desserts, caramel pudding is super good, and there are Movenpick, Haagen-dazs ice cream, tofu pudding, great! In addition, the environment is comfortable and clean, 4 people sit in the booth sofa, the waiter service is professional and considerate, frequently changing plates and helping to take pictures, it is worth supporting and recommending, and I will visit again in the future. Supplement: It would be better if the lunch buffet also has a small cake for the birthday star, because only the dinner buffet has it.
The hotel buffet, the staff of the Red Smoked Window restaurant are diligent and polite, the food selection is not small, there are delicious oysters, crab legs ~ added quickly, all you can eat, the roasted scallops are provided in small quantities, which may take time to roast, and you can drink juice, coffee, and milk tea, which is better than other hotels. You can't get more than one cup. Hot food, salad, sashimi, are all good, and there are desserts, which are also back to the original position, mango twig golden dew, 360 milk is delicious, and there are many expensive ice creams. It is a very satisfying birthday meal. The only drawback is that there is no birthday cookie for lunch. I hope the hotel restaurant can use small cookies instead, because it is just a happy experience, no big birthday cake (only available at the dinner buffet first), the overall cost performance is high!
Excellent value for money! I was surprised that for just over four hundred dollars, there were three types of oysters. As for whether they tasted good, I wouldn't know, because my friend and I don't eat oysters. 😄 The bread crab was very plump, and the roe was overflowing! 👍🏻 There was Chinese soup, cream soup, chicken congee, papaya and snow fungus dessert soup, and also double-boiled soup. Most importantly, it was served "piping hot," which not every hotel manages to do. 👏🏻 There was also foie gras (duck liver) toast, Thai boat noodles, typhoon shelter fried crab (small), stir-fried lobster, and steamed halibut. Several durian desserts were available that day, but I didn't try them. The dessert selection was a bit limited, and the quality was average. The staff cleared plates very quickly. I especially want to commend one of the female staff members; she was incredibly diligent. Every time we returned to our seats after getting food, all the empty plates and bowls had already been cleared. 😂
The buffet lunch at the Prudential Hotel is basically fully seated today. There's a very wide selection of buffet lunch options, including iced seafood, sashimi, sushi, hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts, sweet soup, cakes, tofu pudding, and ice cream – they have everything! Plus, coffee, juice, and hot drinks are unlimited. The value for money is very high!!
On the evening of June 10, I went to the Red Smoke Window buffet again. The environment was still quiet and clean, and the occupancy rate was about 80%. The staff service was very good. The iced seafood in the evening included oysters, long-legged crab legs, brown crabs, crayfish, etc. The hot dishes, sashimi, and desserts were all kept at the proper level. This time, each person was given a lobster tail with garlic vermicelli. Overall, I was very satisfied 😋😋👍👍
The environment is comfortable with bright and clean windows. The staff are polite and the food selection is abundant and delicious, especially the desserts which come in many varieties and are very tempting. The main courses include Chinese, Western, and Indian cuisine. The snow crab claws and sashimi stand are constantly busy. The price is quite favorable. I would recommend Red Chimney to my friends. I will visit again in the near future. It was a very satisfying lunch and left a lasting impression. Thank you to all the hardworking staff for making this meal a wonderful memory.
The price is great, and they even have three types of oysters: plump and sweet American jumbo oysters, lighter New Zealand oysters, and flavorful Japanese oysters. They'll even refill them until the end! The freshly grilled lamb chops, foie gras toast, steak, breaded shrimp, Japanese sea bass, and morel mushroom stew were delicious! The cold crab legs, stir-fried crab, lobster balls, steamed fish, and Indian flatbread were just average. There were plenty of dessert options, and the crème brûlée and freshly made French crepes with Häagen-Dazs were amazing! There were also many ice cream flavors! The Hokkaido milk pudding was a bit bland. The hotel's location is convenient, the seating is comfortable and spacious, and plates are cleared quickly, but the air conditioning was really too strong.
The seats are comfortable, the service is good, and the dishes are cleared quickly. The food quality is quite good, the oysters are fresh, crisp, and sweet, and you can take as much as you want. Overall, for this price, it's quite a bargain.
Enjoyed the afternoon buffet with my family. The place is comfortable and easily accessible. There's a wide variety of food, including hot and cold dishes, as well as oysters, snow crab legs, brown crab, and sashimi. There's also sushi, roast beef, cakes, and puddings. The ice cream includes Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs. Due to the high cost-performance ratio, I would consider ordering again!
