this was a great way to see all of that Hakone has to offer . We actually stayed in Hakone. We loved it so much. Our tour guide helped us find a bus in a hotel because we just needed to stay. It was so beautiful.

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. First time bought trip from klook, my gulid name “Jack” very friendly, helpful and kind person. even this time I can’t see Mr. Fuji but overall experience is perfect! I would recommend to come this trip on winter season.

This tour was great we went to so many great places like swan lake and the active volcano. Our tour guide Jack was very nice and helped us a lot with many great photo spots and places to view he scenery. Would recommend for everybody!

There were a lot of wonderful things to do on the one-day tour, we really enjoyed the pirate ship cruise, the ropeway and seeing the sights. It was nice not to think about reservations, tickets, or transportation. Kousei was very friendly and organized! Our bus driver was great too! We wish there would have been more time to explore - it felt a bit rushed, but there was a lot packed into a single day.

Kousei was an excellent guide and accompanied us the entire time, showing us the main tourist attractions of the tour. He was a very attentive and helpful guide, and I highly recommend him to anyone taking the tour.

WE SAW MOUNT FUJI!! Parts of it, as it was very cloudy, but our guide was super attentive and kept an eye out to warn us whenever he saw glimpses of Fuji hiding being the coulds. We had a great time on the tour. Kousei was such a communicative and patient guide, he made sure we were having a good time, even offering to take photos of each of us at the sights. Would highly recommend booking your tour with him!

In my previous trip to Hakone, we had JR Passes so we stayed overnight there. Based on this experience, I would say that this one day tour is fantastic- save time, money and effort. I highly recommend this day trip. Jack was our tour guide and he was good. I highly recommend him too.

Full day well spent. Yuan Yang was genuinely the highlight of the whole experience, knowledgeable, funny, and made it feel personal rather than just another tourist group being shuffled around. The itinerary covered everything you’d want: pirate ship on Lake Ashi, the floating torii gate, Owakudani, and the ropeway. Transfer was smooth and comfortable throughout. Honestly great value for how much ground you cover in one day. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see the best of Hakone without the stress of figuring it out solo.
