Going on a sightseeing tour in Jakarta is definitely a must, but dragging around huge luggages will make the experience a logistical nightmare. Save yourself from this unnecessary hassle and get your luggage delivered from the airport to your accommodations and vice versa via LuggAgent. All you have to do is choose between the same day and night storage, select the drop off and pick up time, and then claim your luggage at the airport or at your accommodations after 4:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that gives you a lot of time to explore the city

Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm)
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
- All luggage will be sealed and wrapped

- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge

If you have not received any contact from LuggAgent after completing the reservation, it is better to contact the contact information listed on the official website yourself. Although we selected the latest luggage collection time of 11:00, it was not actually collected until we contacted them. Jakarta has traffic jams, so we recommend that those who use it contact us early to confirm. Below is detailed information. I hope it was helpful. There was no communication other than the reservation completion email from Klook, and I was worried about whether my luggage would really be collected when I left it at the hotel on the day, so I contacted Klook's customer support, and received the answer, "I tried calling the tour company but I couldn't get through." Since they said, "We would like you to contact us yourself," I sent a chat message on the LuggAgent official website along with a screenshot of the reservation completion message saying, "I made a reservation with Klook, but what's going on?", and immediately received a reply about the reservation details and how to leave my luggage at the hotel. After that, I sent a photo of my luggage and was relieved to hear that it would be collected later. However, after four hours had passed and still no contact, I inquired again about when it would be collected, and received the replies, "We will check," and "It will be collected at 18:00." After that, I communicated with the delivery staff by phone and chat, and the collection and delivery of the package was completed without any problems.
The guide to the baggage claim area was unhelpful. The pickup time was 7pm, and the driver arrived at 7pm, but the guide from the management was late and inappropriate, so I got lost. I've never received such terrible service. The worst.
