The advantage of car sharing is that it is easy to arrange itineraries for small groups of people. Everyone chose to go to Hoshino Resorts on their morning trip to Karuizawa. The only drawback is that I stayed in Kawagoe for too little time and didn’t have much time to go shopping.

The product display is quite clear and the purchase is convenient, but it would be better if the tour guide could proactively contact us the afternoon before. After all, it is very nervous to go abroad and be unsure about many things. The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Although the meeting time was very early, he arrived earlier and explained and arranged the itinerary very carefully. Because the driver knew the traffic situation better, he hoped that the second meeting point could be gathered as early as possible to set off. However, this decision was temporary and difficult to implement for people meeting at the second stop. After getting on the bus, they hurriedly set off, even though everyone was not completely seated yet. Therefore, the driver had an argument with a passenger early in the morning. The whole car had low air pressure. The professional driving ability and service awareness of the transportation service industry are all indispensable factors for this trip. However, the driver kept changing lanes to overtake, shaking from side to side from time to time, A driver who slams on the accelerator/brake, calls others to discuss and evaluate the passenger while waiting for the passenger, and says without hesitation that he is not afraid of complaining or at the very least, finding another company. Such a driver can be said to be extremely incompetent. The arrangement of the three main attractions is relatively compact, but the church is not very controllable. It will be closed as long as there is a ceremony and visitors will not be allowed to visit. This itinerary needs to be understood by the travel agency in advance to avoid being rejected. In the end, there was too little time left for Kawagoe, and the team stopped at 4 o'clock. We arrived at the first stop almost an hour late in the morning, so the whole day was spent riding cars and sightseeing, which was not very sufficient.

The tour guide Xiao Chen is great and Kawagoe is beautiful. Due to traffic jams, many shops were closed when we arrived in Kawagoe. It is recommended that the order of the itinerary be adjusted. Thank you.

Since the journey was quite long, we expected that we would stay at the scenic spot for a short time. its a nice getaway for a day but the ride is long (unfortunate that it was a holiday leading to alot of traffic) and the tour seems a bit rushed. Nova was nice and friendly.
