Great value and user friendly, you could make the venue reservation with Klook. Get into venue by present your E-voucher which is super convenient. ease of booking on Klook:
Includes 4 admission tickets! You have three days to visit 4 places! The Baptistery is closed for renovations, and I think the museum is just okay! The dome of the Florence Cathedral (Duomo) is actually more worth visiting, but it's a tough climb. I recommend going at 9:30 AM, as there will be fewer people! The section at the top only has one spiral staircase for going up and down, so it's very crowded. It's better in the morning when there are fewer people. They don't have any flow control or management.
The process is simple: after placing your order, go to the meeting point at the designated time and look for staff wearing yellow vests. They will give you your tickets and direct you to the queue. This package doesn't really include any services; I bought it on Klook simply because I couldn't get tickets on the official website. It was a bit more expensive, but the advantage of this package is that you can visit the attractions at your own pace within 3 days. Only the church tower climb has a specific time slot; you can arrange the other attractions yourself. The weather in September was nice and cool, and it was worth climbing to the top to enjoy the breeze and scenery. The museums have many exhibits, but I personally don't have much interest or understanding of art and historical culture.
Booked a morning time slot and found a lady in a vest at the queue to exchange the ticket. She patiently explained the ticket details and seat location, and we entered quickly. The stairs to the dome were surprisingly easy to climb. Saw stable and massive paintings and beautiful city views outside the roof during the visit. Highly recommended.
A must-see in Florence! About 40 minutes is enough time to walk the more than 400 stairs to and from the dome. If your feet are not strong enough, you can choose to climb up to the Giotto bell tower next to it, and you can take pictures of the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.
Amazing tour. A wonderful experience. Viewing the dome so close is breath taking. Going through the winding stairs is also full of fun.
Instructions were clear, it was easy to find the people in fluorescent yellow-green vests near the entrance to the summit. You can install a voice app in advance, or ask the staff on site, they are very friendly!
Online ticket purchase is fast and convenient. The reception staff wears fluorescent yellow vests. After receiving the physical ticket from the staff, you can use it immediately.
