If you can't get tickets for the dome, I highly recommend buying the 1-hour cathedral guided tour on Klook for just over 300 NTD. It includes a live guide and headphones, so there are no issues with not hearing clearly, and the explanations are very detailed!

I booked the 9:40 AM tour for Saturday, but the church opens at 10:15 AM, and there was a very long line to get in. This was not mentioned when I booked, and the tour ended much later than the 1 hour stated in the itinerary. The guide was a friendly Italian lady who was very knowledgeable and attentive to every member of the group.

The guide provided a thorough explanation and I learned a lot about the Florence Cathedral and the history of Florence. However, it's a shame the tour didn't include climbing to the top.

The meeting time was 9:20 AM, but the church didn't open until 10:15 AM, leaving the whole group waiting outside for an hour. The tour guide's explanation was good and very professional. If you want to save time, you might as well skip joining the tour and visit the church on your own.

The guide was nice and knowledgeable. but please be aware that this tour does not include paid tickets, as such queuing with everyone else is still needed. The guided tour itself was only around 20-25 mins

The platform did not send any coupon usage guidelines or reminder emails in advance, only a review invitation email afterward. As a result, I was unable to use the purchased coupon, and there was no explanation or refund, nor could I find a way to contact customer service. In the end, I waited in line and entered the Florence Cathedral for free, so this ticket was a complete waste.

It's a free tour, but you have to wait in a very long line. The most exaggerated part is that they claim to offer explanations in various languages, but it's actually just a video, which is completely misleading.
