Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?
This activity includes a route from starts and finish at Hokkaido Sapporo to Hokkaido Otaru-shi, starts and finish at Hokkaido Sapporo to Hokkaido Asahigawa/Bieichou/Furanoshi, starts and finish at Hokkaido Sapporo to Hokkaido Noboribetsu/Touyako and so on.
Also, provide the option that you can customize the route according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets?
The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity not includes the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes driver salary, Fuel, Car itself, Highway fee and parking fee. Additional costs may include any personal expenses..and so on.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services?
We do provide the multi-day service and it may require additional fees, such as lodging and meals for the driver.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
The operator usually provides the driver's information and car plate 1 day 12:00 pm (local time) before the service. The operator may contact you via Whatsapp, Wechat or LINE.

- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

- According to Japan law, all children aged 0-5 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

- Extra mileage:
- JPY 180 per kilometer
- The driving time for this trip is 10 hours and 300 km. If you exceed the limit, you need to pay the overtime fee.
- For 7-seater and 10-seater vehicles, the overtime fee is 5000 JPY per hour. For 14-seater and 19-seater vehicles, the overtime fee is 8000 JPY per hour.
- One child seat for free. The second infant seat is 2500JPY. If you need a second child seat, please select it as an add-on.

Our day trip to Furano was lovely, having been blessed with wonderful weather. Our driver today was QiQi. She was a very careful driver, quiet, but friendly. If you are going to the Blue Pond, visit the Shirahige Waterfall too. it’s a 4min ride away from the pond and the views are spectacular. The pond is not wheelchair accessible, unless you pass the route near the parking areas. Farm Tomita was colorful and charming! Ningle Terrace House is not wheelchair accessible at all. It’s a very quaint place, but aside from appreciating the sights, there was nothing much to do there. Overall, we loved our day trip to Furano!
Our driver, Tony, was articulate in English so that was very helpful! He arrived promptly and sent photos and a video of where he was waiting to ensure we would be at the right area. Otaru was wonderful and charming! We had a lot of leftover time left, so Tony suggested we pass by Takino Park, where the Buddha on The Hill was.
The trip went smoothly. The driver was very accommodating.
I contacted you two days before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and time. On the day of the trip, the driver was on time, drove safely, and took the initiative to help translate. Although the weather was not good and it rained most of the time, you could still see your favorite lavender at the end.
The driver Mayuko was very enthusiastic about introducing various attractions. I ate delicious cantaloupe. Shikisai Hill is beautiful.
The driver was very unfriendly and drove aggressively. I don't recommend them.
