The shop is easy to find, located near Shuishe Pier. I booked through Klook, so the rental process was simple. It's essentially an electric-assist bicycle. You'll need to leave your passport as a deposit. Many people cycle around Sun Moon Lake, and thanks to this bike, I was able to enjoy the beautiful lakeside cycling path with everyone else. Apparently, there's a 2-hour limit on weekends, but since it was a weekday, there was no time restriction. Returning the bike was surprisingly easy; they didn't check anything in particular. It was so quick that the staff almost forgot to return my passport (lol). I had to point it out before they finally gave it back. Overall, though, I was very satisfied.

Renting an electric bike at Sun Moon Lake through Klook was a great decision! It's significantly cheaper to book online compared to renting on-site. The voucher was very easy to use—just show it, and the bike is ready for you. The electric bike made exploring the beautiful cycling trail around the lake enjoyable.

You can drive directly to the door and the staff will lead you to the parking lot for free. We rented two electric bicycles with two adults and two children. There was a seat installed at the back for the younger children, and the adults sat directly on the back seat. It was very easy to ride. Although one of the bicycles had a brake sound, it did not affect the speed and was quite fast. The trail is really beautiful. We started riding to Xiangshan Visitor Center at around 5 o'clock for a picnic. We rode back at around 6 o'clock just as the building was lit up. The scenery was different again, so beautiful! ! It is recommended to ride back before dark as there are few street lights on the trail.

The lady in the shop is very friendly and she assisted us very well. She also owns a very cute and chubby dog. Pls book with them if you're planning to go biking in Sun Moon Lake, they did a very good job!

It’s super convenient to buy and use at KLOOK. We originally ordered 2 electric bicycles priced at NT$300 each. After a trial ride, we found that the rear seats priced at NT$300 were too small for adults to sit on, so we decided to pay an additional NT$200 for each bicycle to exchange for a more comfortable one. I rode like this for 2 hours. After a half-circle around Sun Moon Lake, my family was very happy and the store service was excellent. Overall, I was satisfied.

Booked bicycle + boat. though you would get only plan cycle for that voucher. the nice lady there gave me an option to upgrade to electric cycle which can go upto 25kms max speed.

It's super beautiful. It's best to come at 10-11 in the morning. It's very comfortable to ride a bicycle. The water is clear and beautiful, and the trees in the lake are also worth photographing. Go to the rest area to have a cup of coffee and then return, it is a very comfortable environment.

The landlady’s service was super friendly. I went around the lake to help change the battery to a bigger one. The electric car had enough power. From 9:30 in the morning to almost 6 in the afternoon, it was still full. I was very satisfied and would rent it again next time if needed.

Renting an electric bicycle is very comfortable, the chair is easy to sit on, and it is quite powerful at night. It is so pleasant to ride while watching the beautiful scenery in Sun Moon Lake! You can also park for free, and there is no time limit for renting bicycles, which is a great experience!
