Enchanted Wonders Lunch Buffet /Dinner Buffet (From 17 November 2025 to 1 January 2026 )
Welcome to Café Kool, where you can indulge in a lavish buffet with family and friends, savouring a delightful array of international specialties. We offer a selection of fresh seasonal cold seafood, including crab legs, and brown crab, paired with flavourful grilled meats, aromatic Asian hot dishes, and exquisite desserts. These dishes will be served in rotation during lunch and dinner buffet times.
Café Kool is excited to introduce the new "Enchanted Wonders” Christmas themed dinner buffet, taking you on an extraordinary culinary journey! Over 200 exquisite dishes will be served at different times, including Boston lobster, snow crab legs, and bread crab. In addition to the seafood cold platter, there will be a variety of hot seafood dishes, featuring the popular garlic steamed lobster with vermicelli, which is succulent and full of flavour. No Christmas feast is complete without a whole roast turkey, perfectly tender and juicy, served with cranberry sauce for a refreshing touch. Meat lovers won’t want to miss the limited-time beef wellington available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. The meat is tender, evenly marbled, and offers a rich, savoury taste that lingers delightfully.
Other highlights include seared foie gras on toast, buddha jumps over the wall, and braised sea cucumber with goose web , all served in rotation. A wide range of festive sweets such as gingerbread cream brulee, chocolate coffee yule log, and red velvet cupcakes provide a delightful dining experience, overflowing with holiday spirit.
