Carpooling Activity Description

• Reservations can be made from 1 person, and the minimum number of participants is 5. If you do not meet the minimum number of people, the tour will be canceled and a personal message or email will be sent two days before the departure date.
• You must purchase KTX tickets in person. Please arrive early and check the boarding gate. If you cannot participate in the tour due to personal reasons and cannot board the KTX, cancellation and refund are not possible.
• The driver will contact you the day before departure and contact you via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat, etc. Be sure to check your message and reply.
• To fairly protect the rights and interests of all passengers, we depart on time and do not individually contact or wait for customers before departure on the day.Please arrive on time. Please note that if you arrive late due to personal reasons, the tour cost will not be refunded.
• The schedule is for reference only. The order of tourist attractions may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day, and if traffic congestion occurs, the tour end time may be delayed, so please make sure to reserve plenty of time when booking the KTX to return to Seoul.
