This was our first time purchasing from Klook. The checkout process was very smooth. The ticket sold on Klook is cheaper than in person or through a local travel agent. However, Klook only offers one type of all-day pass, unlike others. We were also able to use the unused, pre-purchased ticket from the previous day the next day. Entry was simple—you just scan the PDF barcode received via email, no need to visit the customer service window. If you parked your vehicle, you can use the same barcode at the Auto Fee Kiosk after entering your license plate number to get a discount, reducing the parking fee to 3,000 KRW. Use a T-Money card, Korean bank card, or Wow Pass card to pay for the auto fee, as Visa cards can be unreliable. The food inside is average, drinks are reasonably priced, and they accept Visa inside. We visited on a Wednesday, so there were no lines. Thanks, Klook!

Highly recommend getting e-world tickets via Klook; cheap & easy to use. We were able to use an unused tickets purchased the day before (which was a plus)!

This was really one of my best days. I bought the tickets for me and my friends. Everything was super convenient. I just showed the barcode and we went in. The tower is also included and the cable cars are included aswell.

Awesome! Some of the attractions are really scary, and some are fast. It gets crowded on weekends with many students from school, so I don't recommend visiting on weekends or holidays, but the atmosphere is great. Queue times: Not too long at 10:00 AM, but then they get long.

Our trip consisted of just the two of us (like a private car charter, which was great!), with Nimo as our guide from Busan to Daegu. Nimo drove safely, introduced us to local cultural characteristics, provided food recommendations, and offered sightseeing tips along the way. He even accompanied us into attractions and theme parks, explaining the unique features of each. He then gave us ample free time for our own activities. With Nimo's company, we had a very pleasant journey. This is an excellent value tour, well worth dedicating a day from Busan to explore Daegu.

Arrived on a red-eye flight on a weekday morning when there weren't many people. It started getting crowded closer to noon. There are various hot spring pools (ginseng pool, seawater pool, etc.), and the space is spacious. Full-body exfoliation requires cash payment. There are many options for napping areas, including cave sections and other areas with mats. There are also infrared facilities and a salt room. The massage chairs (paid) offer a great experience. Showed the taxi driver the address found on Google; it cost about 13,000 Korean Won from Banwoldang. The address translation from Naver was different from the one provided by Klook.

This is a great place to rest after a red-eye flight. The environment is clean, there are many places to sleep, and a variety of food options. It's also not too crowded.
