- Please pre-register a photo of your luggage through the link in the email sent the day before the date of use.
- Please drop off your luggage at the store according to your reserved time.
- We will safely deliver it to your accommodation after 16:00 on the same day.
- You can pick up your luggage at the front desk of your accommodation.
- Please inquire via messenger for the delivery status or requests.
- There is a possibility that delivery may be delayed depending on traffic conditions, but we will definitely deliver it.

- Operating hours : ZIMCARRY Daegu Airport Branch (Open year-round, 05:00~20:00)
- Luggage drop-off time : Within 05:00~14:00
- Pick-up location : Registered accommodation in Daegu (Please refer to the homepage for the hotel list.)
- Pick-up time : Pick up at the front desk of your designated accommodation after 16:00 on the same day

Luggage Services
- The delivery service is available only for suitcases and bags.
- Only luggage within 180cm in the sum of height/width/length and under 30kg can be delivered.
- When reserving the service, you must accurately enter the accommodation reserver's name & contact information, the luggage drop-off time at the airport store, and the expected check-in accommodation name in 'English' so that the reservation can be confirmed after checking the delivery availability.
- Please make sure to register a photo of your luggage using the voucher link sent after the reservation is confirmed.
- You cannot use this service at private accommodations, Airbnbs, or other accommodation facilities where there is no staff at the front desk or that do not provide luggage storage services.
- Luggage is delivered sequentially after 16:00, and the arrival time may change depending on traffic conditions, etc.

- Luggage drop-off and pick-up times may vary by store. For accurate information, please check the Store guide
- The delivery service to accommodation is only available for registered on the website. Please make sure to check before making a reservation.
- Cancellations or refunds are not possible due to visiting at incorrect times and location.
- Luggage sent to your accommodation will arrive at the designated accommodation between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and can be picked up at the front desk.

Q1. Do I need to contact the hotel in advance?
A. There is no need to contact them in advance. When dropping off or picking up your luggage, please tell the reserver’s name to the front desk of the accommodation. (You may also show the ‘Help Card’ attached to the email sent when the reservation is confirmed.)
Q2. I entered the accommodation name incorrectly, or the date of use has changed.

Q3. Do I have to register a photo of the luggage?
A. Yes, to prevent misdelivery and accidents, you must register a photo through the link in the email sent the day before the date of use. If the photo is not registered within the service time, the service will be considered completed. If photo registration is difficult, please inquire via messenger.
Q4. I think the luggage drop-off time will be later than the designated time.
A. You must strictly keep the designated time. If there are changes or delays, please make sure to contact us via messenger.
