I had such a lovely time using the Daegu hop-on hop-off bus tour! Every driver was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel really safe and comfortable — especially as a solo traveler. The buses were always on schedule, arriving right on time at each stop, which made planning the day super easy. Since it was my first time in Daegu, this tour really helped me explore the best spots without any stress. However, if you’re planning to visit Daegu and use this bus, I highly recommend taking at least 2–3 days to fully enjoy the places without rushing. There’s a lot to see, and trying to do everything in one day might feel a bit rushed! Overall, I absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much for such a smooth and enjoyable experience 💛

We happened to catch a bus with a tour guide, who was very enthusiastic in recommending attractions to me, but I was too slow to get on the bus, so I only went to three of the 12 spots (one of which was Dongdaegu Station). If you want to get your money's worth, I suggest you take the bus in the morning and go to more distant spots (eword, Qianshan, etc.). These places are far away, and it is troublesome to transfer by yourself. Taking a sightseeing train saves a lot of time. Also, unless it is cherry blossom season, you can really just pass the 12th point because it is super boring. The river there is also ugly and not as beautiful as the Han River. From Gwangseok-ro to Seodaemun, you can walk for a day. You don't have to take the bus. For reference~

The bus was on time and the driver was very good in driving. The seats were comfortable and had lots of brochures. There was a big TV screen that showed that gave information about all the stops. We were also informed ahead about the next stop so we can be ready to go down.

The church-filled cityscape viewed from the train window and the panoramic view of the city from the hilltop were soothing, and I felt a sense of nostalgia for Daegu. I tried to find the nearest boarding point to the hotel in the city center, but I couldn't find it. So, I took the subway to Dongdaegu Station, the first stop, but I still couldn't find the boarding point. Finally, I got directions and a tour brochure at the information center in front of the station, and I was able to understand the details. It is difficult to find the boarding and alighting locations unless you check the tour brochure in advance.

The city sightseeing bus is very clean and punctual. The driver is very enthusiastic about introducing various attractions and which attractions offer discounted bus tickets. Buying tickets on Klook is cheaper than buying on the bus.

It is a trip with a very high CP value. You can go to many places that are difficult to reach by subway. The driver and the service staff who follow the car are very friendly and will tell you the direction after getting off the bus👍👍👍

I was able to get around the city at a reasonable price. I made a reservation in advance and was able to board the bus immediately by showing my voucher. There was no guide who could speak Japanese, but they tried their best to explain things to me using a translation app. Also, some of the passengers who were on the bus with me could speak Japanese, so they helped me out and it was a fun trip.

It's well-signed and keeps to the schedule. The only thing I didn't like much is that the English audio guides are only given out at the start of the tour. If you get back on at any station, they don't give them to you anymore, you're just taking a regular bus.

This is a Daegu City Tour Bus Service, where you can tour around while listening to the Storytelling of Daegu and observing the romance. Starting from Daegu’s Transportation Mecca East Daegu Station with various facilities, Kim Gwang-seok Road, Dongseongno, Modern Culture Alley, Eworld, Apsan Observatory, Suseongmot. Because it is a Hop on and Hop off type bus, get off where you want to, board again for free and travel to other tourist destinations! Highly recommended for those who have never been to Daegu before or who are afraid to ride in public transportation.

Things to note

The first starting destination is Dongdaegu Station. However, the 2nd floor City Tour Bus goes to 14 bus stops around Daegu City. Please Hop on and Hop off freely at the desired stops
The city tour bus operates with 3 different buses (either the 1-floor bus or double-decker bus) and will operate randomly
Infants under 48 months are allowed to board on for free. (1 Infant per 1 Adult)
