we love Itaru! what an amazing time do it!!!! so seamless, great info, amazing atmosphere and comraderie amongst staff. would do again and again! even if it’s 100 degrees!
Me and my mom had a great time riding the rickshaw. Masa had great energy and he’s also very welcoming. He also gave us tips on how we can fully enjoy our trip in Tokyo. I highly recommend Masa if you are to book this attraction 😊
It was our first time my friend and I trying Rickshaw yesterday from this company and it was amazing experience! Our guide Kaiya taking good care of us and share his knowledge about all the places he taking us to and always make sure we comfortable with our ride. 10/10 experience! Definitely will do this again next time we in Japan!
The staff were very professional. They explained the details to us while bringing us around Asakusa. Fun experience.
I booked a 30-minute rickshaw ride and on the day, it was easy to spot someone at the meeting point holding a large sign with my name on it. We wore kimonos and rode in the rickshaw, and unintentionally became the focus of attention for tourists. One group even took a ton of photos of us. Our rickshaw driver, Issy, was super lively and adorable. Knowing we were Taiwanese, he really tried his best to use a lot of Chinese throughout the ride. His energetic and happy attitude was easily infectious. The rickshaw ride usually includes two photos taken by the driver, who also chooses the photo spots (but the photo quality really depends on luck). Because he thought we were superstars this time, he took us to the celebrity handprint area for a commemorative photo.
A Unique and Heartwarming Asakusa Experience! We had an unforgettable ride with Ebisuya Rickshaw in Asakusa! Our rickshaw puller, Takumi, was not only incredibly strong and professional but also friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy. He shared interesting stories about the history and culture of the area, making the ride both fun and educational. The rickshaw itself was clean and comfortable, and the scenic route through the streets of Asakusa made us feel like we were traveling back in time. It was such a special way to see Asakusa, and we really appreciated the opportunity to take memorable photos along the way. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a unique experience in Tokyo! Thank you, Ebisuya, for your warm hospitality and for making our visit to Asakusa even more special! 😊
Yusuke was the best! This was our first day in Tokyo and we couldn't have asked for a better tour to get our Japan trip started. The ride was comfortable and Yusuke talked with us the whole way (we definitely talked alot about anime!). The best part was when we would stop and walk around the shrines. It was nice having a guide show us how to follow the customs so we felt comfortable. Cannot speak highly enough of Yusuke!
This was such a highlight of our trip and we got heaps of great cultural info to stay our trip. itaro (think that’s how we spell it) was super nice with great English. we got some good tips for food to try after the trip. loved it
Great experience for the family (2 adults, 2 children, 10 and 8 years old) - 4 people in 2 rickshaws. Very good communication received ahead of time with clear instructions. Merting place located right at exit to Asakusa station. 60 minute tour gave great orientation to the neighbourhood, and the guides gave good overview and some entertaining stories. Overall recommended.
First off my son didn’t want to go, said it sounded boring, wellll he was the one that ended up begging to extend it past the hour! Great interactive English speaking guides and very patient and accommodating to our toddler too! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend! Also their map instructions were fabulous! Thanks to all at the tour and have a Merry Christmas!
