We had a great time at the grand sumo tournament! We followed the results each day to see who had won. Hina was a great guide. The tour did not include lunch, even though the description said it did. Please make sure the description of the event is correct, as we would have eaten lunch in advance, if we knew lunch was not included.
I have given many chance for the tour operator and Klook to resolve this issue. A $77 credit for lunch in a temple that we did not get or even visit is not going to satisfy me. Each ticket was only 9500 yen ($60) which comes to $360 for our group but we paid over $1000 for a quick tour around the block. this is wrong. we were completely ripped off. You advertise a tour that you do not provide which is complete false advertising. My family did not each lunch prior because the tour advertised the hot pot lunch that the wrestlers eat at Ekoin temple. This was part of the experience and reason I chose to book through you rather than less expensive tickets on Stub Hub. this is dishonest and I should be credited back the tour portion of this trip ($700) . If not, Klook should refund me and not do business with this provider.
Great seats to view the matches, our guide was funny, helpful and spoke English well. He answered all our questions and gave us great info to understand the sumo. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience as this was my first Sumo Tournament. my tour guide, Mr. Masao Hiramatsu was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and super friendly. He knew everything about sumo making it a perfect match for the event. Lunch was super good and way bigger than expected. totally recomend.
