Would 100% recommend this place for families going to Universal! Not a single complaint. Exceeded all of our expectations. Will definitely stay here again!!

Alex at checkout was incredible kind and attentive, as were the luggage staff. Our room was clean and spacious compared to some other Universal resorts we've stayed with and the pool view was lovely. I was able to actually relax at the pool and hottub as there were tons of lifeguards making sure my kids were safe. The kids loved the slide and poolside screening of Shrek at night, and we're obsessed with the resident ducks. The ferry to Citywalk is about as fun as the parks themselves and were a great was to wind down after the heat and excitement of a long day. Straight from the boat to the restaurant on the bottom floor, where we had some really fabulous food and service. Overall wonderful experience and value.

The pool and service was great! Early access to Universal Studios was an added bonus. We loved taking the water taxi to City Walk as well. Traveled with family and we had a blast. Parking was a bit expensive at $36 daily and 18% gratuity is added to every purchase was a bit much. Food at both restaurants was delicious. I would recommend the hotel, but be ready to shell out $$$ in parking and gratuities.

Our family loves the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort with the pool and amenities. The water taxi is really nice to get to Universal and City Walk and there is bus stop to EPIC nearby. Getting an Uber / Lyft around town is easy. We also found a laundry on site to wash / dry clothes. This helped with having less luggage as well as having clean clothes when we get home. We will be coming back here!

Clean quiet refreshing

This was the first time that we stayed at this property. We loved it. Everything was close and easy to get to. The pool is amazing! The only thing that I would say was not the best was the water pressure in the shower and it did not get warm at all. The room was also very warm. It was set to 65 and it was not that cool at all. My family likes the room very cold and we struggled both nights because it was warm. Those were the only two bad parts!

This place is AMAZING! So many things for the kids to do. The water taxi is convenient for going over to city walk and it runs early hours to late night. Food is also really good.

Nice I’ll come back

Jack 39 from UK with an 8 year old girl and a decent wife just visited this hotel for a week. Very clean hotel, rooms are decent even when standard. Pool and slide is unreal and plenty of lifeguards. Booze is on the pricey side but cant complain. Boat to universal is great and quick, also a ride in itself. You can walk to volcano bay which takes around 7mins. Bus to epic, right outside the hotel. Honestly epic wasnt great. Original parks are the goat. Anyway im rambling. Great hotel! If youre from the UK, book it.

My teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Falls. The staff members we engaged with were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The convenience getting to and from the parks and City Walk could not be beat. I would definitely stay here or at another Universal property, given our experience.
