Loved staying here, however the pool with the beach sand was extremely dirty, there was hair, beach sand, particles everywhere in the water. We couldn’t stay in there for long because of how disgusted we were. They should really switch this up or at least clean it more often. The rooms were clean, the hotel itself was wonderful. Staff was okay, could have been more helpful. But overall loved our experience. I’d say it’s very family friendly. We’ve stayed at Loews pacific and would choose this hotel over them for cleanliness.

Fabulous hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the added bonus of Express Lane access is well worth the uptick in cost.
Really handy location, close night to City Walk and the town older parks, whilst far enough away to feel away from the action.
Will be back again.

Beautiful setting and the location and use of water taxi to city walk and the parks is excellent. The room wasn’t that big and I feel you are paying for the perk of the unlimited express passes. There was bottled water in the room, with an $8 price label attached. There was no turn down service and a basic coffee machine. We stayed at another hotel in the locality for a fraction of the price with a much larger room, same coffee machine and breakfast and car parking included.
We would stay again, but only for the perk of the passes.

Very nice rooms and staff is very helpful if u needed anything. Just wish the walls weren't so thin. Could hear everything going on in the halls. Otherwise great hotel would recommend!
