超讚 Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in a club room for one night to make use of early entry to universal and unlimited express passes. We had breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening meal at the hotel all which were good. The hotel had 2 pool areas which we used in the evening

Stunning location and beautiful hotel. It’s not far at all from hard rock and a short free boat ride to universal.
Staff were more than helpful and always happy.
I’ve stayed in hard rock before but I’ll stay here from now on.
There’s a universal shop , a few restaurants, multiple pools and quick service options for breakfast/ fast dinner. Also appreciated the onsite starbucks

Had problems accessing rooms after day in universal parks. Ended up walking back and fro 5 times to sort it out and staff were not very helpful. Wouldn't go back.
