We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The property was beautifully maintained, the rooms were clean, and the location simply can’t be beat. The pool area was fantastic and a great place to unwind. Best of all, the included Express Pass perk makes staying here absolutely worth it. My only minor nitpick is that they definitely need more umbrellas in the pool area—especially during the peak summer heat when shade is hard to come by. Other than that, it was a perfect trip and we would definitely stay here again!

It was just ok. First of all it should state that fast passes always come with the rooms and your actually not paying for them in with the rooms it’s convenient that it’s close to the parks but it’s not worth it all together with the rates. I would not recommend booking through Expedia it’s a rip off. Then when you try to get some help no one does anything to help. Other than that the pool was alright. The staff are excellent very friendly and all around great people.

Beautiful property, fabulous pool area with great food. Staff is top notch. Only negative is bathroom showers need a major upgrade; zero water pressure and unable to maneuver spout.

Great hotel. Clean large rooms, express passes are the biggest bonus along with being so close to parks.

Rooms were great, spcaious enough for the whole family, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Convenience for the Universal Parks. We love the Hard Rock. The amenities are great too. and the staff has always been helpful.

Everything was top notch. If I could have asked for anything more at all it would have been a stocked mini fridge for the VIP room, but they had options down the hall in the lounge and steady access to ice and cold water, cola. Worth every penny for the express pass alone, but they really made it a memorable time for our small bachelor party group. We cannot thank their staff enough for their kindness and positive vibes.

Perfect for a family or adult getaway. The resort is 5 minutes to walk to universal studios which was the easiest experience for us.

Always clean and well taken care of property at universal resort properties.

The mattress was so old that it had sagged in the middle, my room was right behind a neon sign so it was way too bright, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, and kids were screaming in the hallway. When I asked to use the microwave, they charged me $15 for one that was ancient, filthy, and wouldn’t even open properly. It was such a terrible experience that I never want to go back.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic Location for the parks and your key being your fast pass is excellent
