Wonderful hotel! Perfect location! Great stay

The property itself is okay best part was the room was spacious. The food was and cost of food was horrible. The staff was nice but we tried to eat at the cafe very little options 3 old wrapped sandwiches under heat lamps, some sushi in a freezer and pizza. So we went to rooftop bar. Waiter was nice food was not good. Soda tasted stale cups looked dirty and zero proof drink was bitter. We order a kids cheese burger, 1 pork and 1 chicken bao and stir fry noodles. The best item was the fries and kid burger. Boa was extremely spicy and had minimal meat or flavor other than heat. Noodles had too much soy sauce. We had been driving through the US and I was not impressed. Scent of bathroom shampoo and bar soap didn’t have a pleasant smell. They are just not trying especially for the price verses Cabana Bay or Endless Summer for the money stay there. I can not recommend this hotel because or very bad amenities and food the bigger room doesn’t make up for the room size.

Overall, I had a good experience at Aventura Hotel. The location is excellent for visiting the Universal parks, the rooms are modern, and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. However, there were a couple of things that disappointed me. The main issue was that our room was not cleaned the day after we arrived, which was inconvenient and not what I expected from the service. I also think it is important for future guests to know that parking costs an additional $30 per day plus taxes, so this should be considered when planning the overall budget for the stay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our visit. Improving the housekeeping service and being more transparent about additional fees would make the guest experience even better.

No bottle water and not any welcome gift, worse than 100 bucks hotel

Room was clean , staff was kind, variety of pool areas

The hotel property is well planned. Parking garage is connected to the hotel. Good space within hotel. Good options for eating Great view to city and theme park. Saw fireworks from hotel large windows. 6 elevators running Pool nice. Easy and frequent bus took us to CityWalk. Great stay overall. Friendly staff

Rooms are small and cozy, worked for a couple just coming for a bit of weekend fun. Plan to be up early and map your routes, this resort makes it easy to get around to so bring comfortable walking shoes and get a look at their garden trail that takes you right up to the parks. Pool is clean and monitored and LOVE a hot tub moment. Food is yummy and made by wonderful staff who are happy to help!

Staff was friendly, refrigerator in the room there was no microwave in the room but they have a warming station downstairs

No complains everything was amazing I’m back soon

The room was amazing and the staff was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. The hotel was clean and and the amenities really embraced the stay
