it was a beautiful apartment that was perfect for us and out kids. The onsite waterpark was great to relax at on our first day after an overnight flight. I wish that we had had more time to enjoy the property because it was great.

Given the price for this property, my expectations were much higher. The apartment was dirty upon checkin. Counters and table not wiped, food on the cabinets, dirty baseboards, and excessive gnats/fruit flies. The price of parking was ridiculous. Weird it's not free/included. Highly doubtful any guests stay there who do not have cars. It's a money grab. The pools and lazy river are nice and the bar/food and staff were excellent. Location is also excellent and the parks shuttle was hit or miss (No AC on some buses, drivers poor customer service, but always on time).

My family and I had an amazing time here from the playground, room to the waterpark. All of us 3 generations of family all loved the stay and will definitely return.

This was our first time at the resort and our family really enjoyed it. The food was good. The room was clean. We stayed in the apartments and it was plenty of space for our entire family of five. We will surely be back.

This was the nicest, cleanest place ever stayed at and would stay again. Amazing property and appears the way the website shows. Top notch property. Was close and easy to get to everything. Our only complaint is the shuttle to the parks, it does not run enough and was booked before we could reserve.

No need to stock up on some of the essentials. They are provided. Very convenient to get to Universal Studios. Overall great experience.

Very clean

Wished they told me we had to pay for parking. Has to spend an extra $40 to $56 dollars a day for parking. Also there is no shade in the pool area unless you pay and rent an area. Apartment was great, fully equipped and very comfortable.

This hotel was open less than a year ago therefore the condition of the common areas as well as the room were very clean. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it's huge, although there's a lot of wasted space that could have been optimized with the different layout. The hotel appeared to be at minimum capacity when we were there, yet they were unable to accomodate a late checkout on a Sunday, although we had booked one of their poolside cabanas for that day, which are not cheap. I get it, if they have someone else coming in on the same day they need to be able to clean the room, but occupancy was probably under 20% of capacity, as parking lot and pool areas were empty most of the time. Only one bar for the entire hotel, and they use a self serve system so if you order food they give it you in a togo packaging... The pool and slides are nice and fun for the kids.
