This is the 6th year i have stayed here with my family in a row and every year was great except this year. We always get discounted for parking per day since were there more then 7 nights and this year they charged full price($26 per day) and the front desk and the manager basically said tuff we cant help you. The resort is always so clean and sparkling and now its like they don't care. The elevators had smudges and hand prints all over the walls and the floor was just dirty. suppose to get housekeeping everyday and out of 8 days they came twice to empty garbage and and give clean towels, never changed the bed sheets, i had to repeatedly call the front desk to get towels every single day. The security gate to the hotel was always open so anyone could come and use the pools while we have to pay a fee. I had a late check out for 3pm and the staff was at my door at 2:57 banging on it to get out of the room even though i paid the extra money to stay until 3. just unprofessional. This trip was just not a nice experience. The pools were great and the ice cream shop was good but that is about it. I will be staying at another resort next year.

Absolutely loved my stay at cabana Bay! Literally didn’t have to leave the resort if u don’t want to. The property had to pools a lazy river bowling alley arcade Starbucks, and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to come back.

Overall it is a nice place to stay. However, they make you buy pool floats to use the lazy river which is strange to me. Also, the only way I was able to get help and info was through text messaging the help line. In person staff were either clueless or not approachable. I would stay again if I get a good deal.
