I’m going to be very honest about this place……I didn’t like it at all. The floors were dirty as if they swept the floor in one area for 5 mins and left …and on top of that it’s like as if they never mopped in their lives. You have to order bars of soap from room service rather it being completely available to you as soon as you walk in the door, not to mention you have to order the cheap iron with iron board the same way too….you even have to order trash bags which should be set inside the trash can already. The iron was so cheap it ruined me and my gf’s outfit for my very special night with her…. One of the worst things about this place is the towels and customer service, I found pieces of hair AND dark brown spots (I don’t even want to know where it came from) on the towels before I even got to use it. Last but not least, I had a lady at front desk show pick and choose energy on my first day ….wasnt very welcoming to me but was much welcoming to others after me as if I looked at her or spoke to her wrong. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to universal studios and they provide a free shuttle there. We’re probably never returning here again.

Great stay

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights, the hotel has a policy of cleaning your room on the 3rd day, our room was never cleaned in fact they knocked on our door to clean our room early AM and we were still asleep and they considered this a “no clean”. Trash overflow, no clean towels or washcloths etc. The lobby smells of food 24/7, random people coming at night time for the rooftop bar. TV in the room its screen would go black for minutes at a time. We were met with attitudes from the front staff not very open and welcoming. I would not recommend staying here as a family trip at all.

Horrible customer service provided at this hotel. Was very surprised since we’ve stayed at the Cambria before and had no concerns. Elevator was broken, staff was not accommodating in and way. Place has great potential with the location but front staff needs to place more emphasis on improving customer service.

Our stay was nice. The rooftop bar/lounge was our favorite part!

It’s okay it’s overrated

We had a great stay at Cambria Hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. We only stayed for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back!

The Indian restaurant is delicious everything was full of flavor. The staff is friendly. roof top pool and bar is great.

Hotel was okay for 1 night. I'd prefer another place to be honest. Bed was great. Bathroom was well maintained as the shower paint was peeling on the floor and roof. My daughter said there was toilet paper in the pool.
