I was really disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The chairs were old and extremely dirty, and the clothing rack/shelf had visible mold. The shower curtain was also dirty and had mold on it, which made the bathroom feel unsanitary.
The TV never worked during our stay, and overall the room felt cheap and poorly maintained. While the pool was okay, there wasn’t much else for kids to enjoy.
This hotel has potential because of its location, but management really needs to invest in renovating and properly maintaining the rooms. Compared to the other hotels nearby, this one falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

We started off our stay by not getting the room that we booked. Then received a room with somebody still occupying it. Got moved to the next room where a toilet barely flushed. No help. Couple days into our stay. Our smoke detector is going off nonstop. We tried to call the front office, and our hotel phone doesn’t work. We have to call from our cell phones. They come and change the battery and that didn’t help. We have to call them at midnight because the smoke detector is still beeping and going off. They tell us to take the battery out. We tried to call down to the front, no answer. Needless to say, not a pleasant experience.
