Excellent service all around staff

Customer Service should be the number one priority in hospitality. However, Russell from the pool bar made my experience there extremely uncomfortable. I watched him publicly embarrass a group of teenage girls, because he wasn’t aware that they had already settled their bill. When he was corrected by his fellow coworker, he refused to apologize. In fact, he bluntly stated, “I’m not apologizing to them for nothing”. Even after threatening them with security in front of a bar/restaurant full of people. Which is what made me interfere, because the apology should have been as loud as the disrespect. I was embarrassed for them. His manger Alex, who he had no regard for. Also witnessed Russell’s inappropriate conduct. The situation could have been handled differently, but he was completely rude and disgustingly out of line. It made me not want to ever stay here again. Especially, if this is how you value and handle your guest. It’s completely unacceptable for any establishment.

Great vibe great experience

Good

Running an early check in scam! Requested early check in and knew we might not get it. However what we found was that there were probably 10-15 guests that had booked the 400.00 a night room (the least expensive they had) that found ourselves the only guests not getting early rooms because we WOULDNT PAY FOR ANOTHER 100.00 for the upgrade to get an early check in. I wrote an rmail and called thrm on it and the refunded the additional 60.00 the hotel had charged us but THRY DID NOT GIVE US A FULL REFUND!!!!! Will EXPEDIA STEP UP AND DO THAT OR DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE EXPEDIA? Choice is yours

The staff at this hotel was very professional & highly organized and proactive with whatever it was that I needed. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Room only had 2 towels that looked old and not white. Couch had stains. Overall seems just ok.

Not as good as photos and no bed linen provided for sofa bed despite asking several times. Very busy so perhaps just not coping very well? I wouldn’t stay again.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Amazing room, views, cleanliness…everything was top notch! I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

All good
