還好 The staff entered to my room 10 minutes before the check out, never knock the door

還好 Our room was dirty. There was dust everywhere; the floor is dirty, dusty, and sticky. My kid’s feet got dirty and black walking bare foot in our room. I took a picture of it. The bed was not firm or sturdy at all, not comfortable. Overall, giving it two stars because of their customer service at the guest desk. But I will not recommend it because it’s not worth its price.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities were outstanding—from the pool and fitness center to the thoughtfully designed common areas, everything exceeded our expectations.
What truly made this stay memorable was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made us feel valued throughout our visit.
The location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore without spending a lot of time traveling.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic amenities, outstanding customer service, and a perfect location, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location is great and very clean rooms. About an 8 minute walk to Bayside Marketplace and very close to cruise port. Only thing I recommend is for a full length mirror in the rooms.
