Great hotel, though we only got to spend 1 night here, I'd definitely use this as a go to again in the Brickell area.
Friendly staff, comfy bed, daily meal voucher and dessert! Nice addition to one's stay! I would highly recommend AC Hotel.

Staff was not helpful at all. They gave me the wrong room when I requested to keep the same room I had when I reserved my queen room. Now they’re trying to overcharge my card so no I won’t be visiting that one again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction made us feel valued as guests, and their kindness really stood out throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional customer service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
The location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great staff, great location, and a fantastic atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.
