There was some type of convention going on during our stay and the foyer was set up as a meet and greet making in nearly impossible to get to or from the elevators. The shuttle buses made it impossible to drive through the front lot. When checking out we couldn’t get a printout of our receipt because apparently the printer was unavailable. Again not helpful if there were any discrepancies we wanted to review with staff as our receipt was being emailed. We didn’t have time to review it with staff.

Clean room, good staff. No breakfast included, parking was included but very busy parking lot. Pool was a little small.

The room and staff were absolutely amazing. I do think at over $400 a night breakfast should be included but overall we loved our stay

Great location for getting to/from International airport as well as flying with the smaller private airlines. Good restaurants - Moxie’s and Chop on site. Clean hotel (signature rooms are fully renovated, modern and clean) and staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay!

Overall stay was okay, don’t think I’d book at this particular location again. Room was decently clean, bathroom could use a deep cleaning/repairs Dirty in the cracks and crevices, shower rollers etc.

Great stay. Special recognition to Karolina at Sandman Calgary Airport. She was so helpful.

All the staff that I encountered were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hide a bed needs new mattress

The room was different from any of the king suites I've stayed in at other Sandman Signatures. The King Room with Adjacent living room, kitchenette and pull out couch was awesome during the stampede. The couples shower was nice and the washroom also had couples sink. toilet was separate. The only drawback was we didn't get a city view. but all in all the bed and room were great. We lucked out someone must have canceled and we got their room for a good price considering it was stampede time. Hotel area was nice, lots to see and do, Golf Course right next door, Cross Iron mills only 10 minute drive. Chop restaurant and Moxies right on property. Was very busy with Stampede visitors as was the entire city and Banff. But was nice not too busy as it usually was from my experience visiting on a weekend.
