不錯 Shower drain wasn't draining, standing in 2 inches ofnwater while showering. Shower head was gross and rusty and spraying water in 8 different directions.

It was close to Deerfoot, beds were horrible way to hard. Staff at front desk were very helpful and polite. Restaurant was great

Broken ventilation fan - hanging on one side (hazard)
Shower area- water accumulating to one side, not properly sloped.
Thou the morning staffs were helpful with the issues.

Security deposit was extra … was not mentioned until checkin…. Sometimes diner staff attitudes were not that great I even apologized for my getting and paying for breakfast without a voucher and told the girl at the desk in the restaurant I was sorry for the inconvenience ….the air conditioning unit was not working in my room …. The room temperature said 27.5 and when I turned the unit on for air it just about froze me out… my travelling from now on will not be at a Holiday Inn
