Very comfortable

We asked for help with AC as it’s not working, no one turned up during our stay and I had to fix myself

The hotel needs some upgrading interior-wise but I don’t mind it as long as the price stays affordable. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious. It was quite dark because of the color scheme and some of the light bulbs they use are white instead of the warm yellow lights. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and always made whenever we come back from a long exhausting day. Fresh new towels (which we didn’t expect since we were ok to re-use ours to save water/laundry). The towels They also always give us new bar soaps. The best of all, was their pool. The slides were amazing!!! There’s a pool area for small toddlers too with a small slide. Two big slides for adults and older kids. There’s a nice hot tub too. Their buffet breakfast was good. The staffs were all nice & helpful.

Highly recommend this Accommodation to All. Very helpful, friendly & polite staff especially in the Breakfast buffet restaurant. Well appointed rooms very roomy & spacious, clean & tidy. The full buffet breakfast was included & what a delicious selection of food & drinks on offer. Indoor pool, hot pool & hydro slides inside the building of which is fantastic especially for families with young children & adults too!

We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Best hotel for families. The pool with the waterpark was magical. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Front desk staff and evening manager were all top notch.

We celebrated my kid’s birthday here. The pool was really fun for the kids, there were several tables near the lobby that we used when we ordered food. The rooms were clean. However, I received a text the day of our arrival saying during peak times after 5:00 we needed to book a 1 hour time slot for the pool. I would have liked to know that well in advance since a birthday pool party was the whole point of my visit. Also, to prebook breakfast on Expedia I also had to pay for free cancellation. I couldn’t just pay for breakfast so it cost me an extra $80 on the reservation. And finally after we checked in, got organized in the room, went to the pool, the front desk had given our room to another family and locked us out. So the other people had gone into our room, luckily didn’t take anything !! and then went back to the front desk. I had to stand at the desk in my bathing suit to sort this out during my booked 1 hour pool session and all I got from the manager was a sorry!!? If there’s a next time I will try another hotel.

We went for our girl 5 years birthday, she loved the pool area and the hot tubs. The restaurant was incredible and well priced. Staff was lovely on the hotel and the restaurant.
