I liked everything about the room, it was clean, staff were most helpful, breakfast and bar were more than great, it was an all around great experience..... Audrey Westwood-Pynn

Brand-new facilities, spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent location. I had a great stay.

Great hotel. 5-10 minute walk to underground station. Nice sauna.

I will stay again

The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London and sightseeing. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday use.

Convenient to the London Eye, Parliament, Big Ben, and Southbank. Great and helpful staff, great breakfast.

Très bien situé et très propres

The location was amazing, proximity to all modes of transportation! Our room had everything we needed along with a great view of the London eye! One of the staff members even helped me download an app for public transportation, which really helped us as first timers to London! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, good services and good buffet breakfast. Staff very professional and accomodating. room very small for 4 persons (2 adutlts and 2 teenagers) but clean

Location was excellent. Having AC was magnificent.
