Overall, the staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant was at best mediocre. We ate dinner there one evening and ordered a chicken burger and fries (cold but we were hungry so we ate without complaining), steak which was the freshest and the oxtail which was insepid. The bar food seemed best. The young waiter looked zombied out and not very knowledgeable. The in-house DJ playing loud house music while a World Cup match was being played was/is thoughtless and unnecessary. Our room was ok but really needs refurbishment as fixtures were broken or old and dishevelled. The WiFi on the top floors barely works. The location by far was the best thing about the hotel. Lots of restaurants, bars, things to do and the bus to kings x is just outside.

Great hotel, central and walking distance to all the main attractions. We were attending Wimbledon and found it ease to commute out there for the day. Hotel is clean, had fresh water and lovely biscuits in room, and lovely Rituals toiletries. Room was clean, spacious and with great air con which was necessary for the heat wave!

The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Convenient and nice staffs

Very nice hotel. Room was nice and big staff that I delt with were fantastic i asked before the stay for a travel cot and it was in the room ready and set up. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel located close to blackfriars and excellent swimming pool which both my boys enjoyed
