Check in was very smooth and welcoming. We had lunch at one of their restaurants and the food was good. It’s a great location in a grand building. The room was a good size and the bed, comfortable. No complaints at all.

we had an issue with check in - poor customer service , but to be fair we raised this and the management team were keen to explore what happened and to make it right which was really good . so overall the staff were friendly and 1 unhelpful person is not representative of the hotel as a whole . Would definitely rebook

Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Clean and staff are great. The location is across the street from train station which makes it easier to go to other areas in London.

極佳 Room was spotless, roomy and extremely comfortable.
Staff were attentive and very friendly.
Would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was very tasty and a great selection, but a bit on the expensive side.

The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across from a tube station and it’s right next to the Thames. Many of London’s best attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!
