There was orange/pink mold in the shower, and the furniture in the room was tired and scuffed. Receptionist loudly read out my room number on check in.

Nice very clean the all hotel end my room was amazing. I love everything in this hotel I travel a lot but I find Park Plaza hotel one of the best hotel !!!

Awesome property with easy access to popular attractions, room was spacious and bathroom had all the features

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. Room facilities are all controlled via a keypad including the curtains, which wasnt immediately obvious. Other than that great place to stay

Whilst very very noisy neighbours from 11pm until 2am is not the fault of the hotel staff, but rather the ignorance of the neighbours themselves, I would have preferred security to have been more intent with their actions when asking them to keep the house down, especially after multiple calls to reception due to them becoming excessively noisy every time the security left the floor. No room to do weights in the gym, and the chest press machine was wedged

The nice warm pool, sauna and steam room was a real treat after all the walking around the city. Beautiful views of the river from the rooms.

Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. The room was spacious and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better home base for my trip to London.
