Very nice hotel, great location, good restaurants.

It was okay but it's not a PremierInn style bed. The robes on my room had some kind of shoe polish on them which was annoying once it got in my hands and I first noticed it.

I was notified by Hotels.com that my charges for 4 nights for 2 rooms would be 2650 pounds - but my cards are being (one for 1360 pounds and the other for 1616.68 - am not sure why.

Ideal location for walking along the Thames and into Westminster and Central London. Worth paying a little more for the exceptional river views from a high floor. Immaculately maintained as I now come to expect from the Hyatt Group.

Stunning Room over looking Thames. Beautiful Hotel and Roof Top Bar is amazing at Night. My only issue was booking in with some deranged person!

Concierge went above and beyond as did rest of staff!!

Slightly off the beaten track but still walk-able to most attractions. The biggest problem was the total lack of dresser/clothing storage in the room. the only clothing space is a two foot closet that's occupied by a ironing board, iron, safe and luggage stand making it almost useless. No chest of draws, night stand w/draws or built in draws making living out of a suitcase a necessity. The bathroom was okay so long as you didn't mind stepping sideways to use the commode..shower and WiFi were adequate and the breakfast buffet was well presented and food quality was good.

Great staff and good location in London

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable but most of all the staff was amazing! They were very helpful with navigating us to different sight and just all around friendly.
