低於平均 elevator to parking didn't work. wifi was so weak, not effective. staff gave conflicting information and manager threw new staff member under the bus. very unpleasant experience.
breakfast staff was very pleasant. location good. expensive for service rendered. not up to hilton standards.

An overall good experience in terms of the customer service and room was marred by toilet seat that was broken when I arrived in the room and a TV that continually kept reverting back to “no signal” which made it difficult to access the streaming services when I returned in the evening.

Liked the property and the workout facility. There were only 3 elevators and one was down the entire 5 nights of my stay.

Myself and my husband felt uncomfortable by few of the staff. We were asked to verify ourselves and the validity of our stay. No idea the reason behind as I chose not to push the matter and Im not the to assume but the behavior was definitely off putting. Hotel itself was lovely. Nothing extraordinary.

I booked the hotel on the basis it had a swimming pool and they are advertising a pool. The hotel has not had a swimming pool since Covid
