Every Staff member was extremely helpful and welcoming

Good size room with modern amenities close to the Prudential

Great hotel! The pool and kitchenette with drinks and snacks were really popular with my kid, and the employees were so friendly and helpful. We slept soundly in the very quiet rooms, even during a busy Pride weekend. We'll definitely stay at the Colonnade Back Bay again when we have the chance.

Room was spotless, location was perfect! We were there less than 24 hours but I would be happy to return to this hotel the next time we’re in Boston.

Overall, it was an OK stay. Front desk check-in felt very rushed for a Sunday. When we got there, only one out of three elevators were working, so our family of five had to walk up six floors, taking two trips of luggage, partly because a Bellman also did not meet us to help as we had requested. The room was nice except the refrigerator was not working. We went to use the pool and it was definitely not for children. I guess you would call it a unique vibe. It is a great location and convenient to most things. We had breakfast at the attached restaurant and it was very good. Expedia does say that there are laundry facilities on premises and that is untrue. This caused us a lot of inconvenience trying to find a laundromat. They do have laundry services that you can send your laundry away, but that’s not what we were looking for.

Perfect stay for two having a child free night. The pool was an absolute treat. Everything clean, modern and tidy. Thank you!

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Our standard king was spacious and the floor to ceiling windows span the whole outside wall. The pool is great but the space is much smaller than it appears on the site and it was packed on the Sunday of July 4th weekend. Food and drink service were excellent once we found seats. Two of the three Front desk staff were kind of lousy and the restaurant was closed on a Sunday evening on a Holiday weekend which was suboptimal. Fortunately, there are lots of options nearby.

The hotel was getting old and run down. When we arrived, they did not have any rooms ready due to housekeeping delays. They said they were going to text me when the room is ready We left our bags and went out but they did not text and when I called the front desk, they said our room was ready. The bathroom door was broken and did not closer properly. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for the price. There are better choices.

We stayed there for four nights and had a little bit of a bad experience with the room not being clean, but the Manager was great. She moved us before we were unpacked to anotherroom that the first night. The staff at this hotel is Great and very accommodating everyone from the front door guys ,front desk. Housekeeping and the restaurant. The food was very good. We ate breakfast every morning.Everyone was very pleasant . The property was clean. I feel there were things that could be updated in rooms We had an issue with their Comcast,and not being able to get onto Comcast and watch movies or l anything. Hopefully they fix that I guess the Comcast had been down for a while. The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Pillows could be better. They were a little bit musty, but I would definitely stay there again. The location is great also close to the mall area.
