We enjoyed our stay. The location is conveniently between Downtown and Back Bay and a quick walk to a subway station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but very clean. The city view was beautiful.

The location is excellent. Very short stroll to Public Garden, Boston Common and T- subway line. We were a bit surprised at the small size of the room. It was tight and the layout was not very efficient. Not sure about the bar and restaurant. Watched FIFA game at 4:00 PM and the bar was NOT open. Don't think we ever saw the restaurant. Still, they have a free washer/dryer on the 15th floor which was handy after a long trip.

The staff was very service oriented, the room was clean, and the a/c was perfect.

Hotel was old, but remodeled nicely. Bathroom was especially nice as was the staff. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect.

Modern, clean, comfortable room...upbeat, helpful, and knowledgeable staff...an air conditioner control that I could actually figure out and operate successfully...and a very good LOCATION in Boston for having access to historical sites, restaurants, metro system, and events.

*No internet 3 of the 5 days we were there* Room was TINY. Parking was $75 per day. Construction drilling all day. *Worst Courtyard I ever stayed at.

This is a nice place, and the staff was wonderful. There was a mixup with our room, but the staff fixed the problem and made us very comfortable and accommodated. The breakfast was very good.
