It's in a great location--close to the subway and within walking distance of a lot of iconic New York City attractions. The rooms are very small; don't bring a whole lot of luggage! Four of us in a room was a little much, but we made it work!

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of room, lots of selection and the staff were there to clean and help when needed. The room is small, but had everything we needed. The room was clean. The view was the only downside as it looked onto a brick wall. The staff were helpful.

Breakfast was outstanding for a New York City hotel. Much better than we expected. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and modern.

We had a very pleasant experience here. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was delicious! Room stayed cool, had a hot high-pressure shower that felt amazing. had a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner and body wash which is always a plus! I liked the safety of having to use your room key to get in the hotel and to use the elevators. Staff were super friendly. Room was smaller than we would have liked but it IS New York. I imagine that's normal. Floor at entrance was wet for some reason, couldn't walk in that area without getting our socks all wet. we were going to let staff know but never did get a chance, we stayed on the go too much, so it was not too big of a deal. The area was close to MSG where we were going for our show, and it was also close to the Empire State Bldg and to Penn Station subway. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back. Great location for exploring New York while staying away from the busy crowds of Times Square, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I started out liking this hotel. Though not large, our room wasn't as tiny as many NYC hotel rooms (although there are no drawers and the meager closet is stuck in a corner like an afterthought). The bed was very comfortable. The location is convenient, and a few blocks removed from Times Square chaos. But various aggravations began to wear on me. There was the concierge whose answer to questions about local attractions was, "Google it." And the mediocre food at the (very crowded) breakfast buffet. And the elevators: too few, too small, too slow, and too crowded. At peak times, you can easily wait 10 minutes for more or an elevator cab to arrive only to find that it's already packed. In the end, this is just another mediocre midtown hotel. OK in some regards, but there's no reason to go back.

Great hotel! Exceptionally clean hotel with a fantastic bar on offer too! The room was a bit tight but overall this didn’t affect us at all as we were simply using it as a place to sleep rather than spending loads of time in there. The breakfast was pretty simple, but certainly did the job and made a start to the day of exploring NYC so much smoother. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean property. Helpful staff. Good experience

Nice, secure building. Felt very safe. Clean room but very small. No space at all, our family of four couldn’t move around very well. Parking was much more than expected and a headache. They told me it would be $40-50 for our truck, it was $90 when we got to the garage for less 24hours. Then they told us it wasn’t validated so if we did that it would cheaper. The staff at the hotel nor the garage neither one told us we had to do that so we had to walk all the way back to the hotel. After that extra trip around two blocks, the total went down to $68 but still higher than what I was told, along with the added headache of validation issue.
