很好 Room was nice, great view and location. I wish there were more onsite vending options for bottled water. I loved the floral shops outside of the hotel each morning and the coffee was great in the lobby cafe.

It was a great room with updated bathroom. Chelsea is a great area, close to multiple subway stations to get around. Staff were lovely, very helpful!

低於平均獨自入住
They didnt tell me about the $20 credit on site at check in. Rooms have no trash cans and are super uncomfortable.

不錯與伴侶同行
The hotel itself was in a very nice area and it was clean and felt safe. What we did not care for was no wash cloths and only 2 towels. We also noticed a little lack of immensities in the room there was no mouthwash no body cream Etc. We also had an issue with the elevator because we went up and down in the elevator and then found out it did not go to the Rooftop Bar that should be pointed out on the elevators before you get on them. All in all it was a decent place to stay but definitely a No Frills kind of hotel

For the price the rooms should have a little fridge. Overall great place to stay.

低於平均 Main issue - they charged me for water I did not consume - $7. Of course, I can pay it but I did not drink it. They don't have lotion nor did they have wash clothes. I don't recommend.
