The room is small. But the staff and amenities make up for it. Loved the experience.

Clean room. Great location and affordable

This is a beautiful hotel near Herald Square, so also close to Penn Station and MSG. (It’s also close to the DTrain subway entrance for an easy ride to Yankee Stadium.) The room was not big, but the bathroom was spacious. The entire hotel was very clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was wonderful even when we checked in very late due to a delayed flight. Highly recommend

Both rooms were very clean and very quiet (neither room faced W. 36th St). Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Air conditioning worked really well. Elevators occasionally busy, but we never had to wait more than a couple minutes for one to arrive (most of the time there was almost no wait). Receptionists and bellhops were super friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Looking at some of the negative reviews: the phone in our room didn't work, but the one in the hall did. We had no problems contacting reception. And yes, the hotel put a security deposit hold on our credit card for each room, but they never sent the holds through and took the holds off the credit card the day after we checked out. That is pretty much par for the course when renting a car and staying at hotels in NYC. Finally, I had one minor question about the bill, and it was resolved promptly. We didn't eat at the hotel, can't review breakfast. Overall, 5 stars. How often do you find a truly quiet hotel room in NYC?? We would stay here again.

Staff were friendly, it was in a good location. Rooms were really small and the sofa bed was awful.

The staff, especially the concierge and baggage storage personnel were exceptional

Great location to see Manhattan. Easy to get to almost all locations either by walking or by subway. Many restaurants located near the hotel. We love the lobby lounge where it is a fireplace very cozy. Hotel is Right next to the Empire State building. Walking distance to Times Square.

The property is nice and clean. The room was clean as well, though there are some small touches that could be improved furniture-wise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The refrigerator wasnt working and someone came to address the issue immediately. Our room door had to be pushed hard to close it. We had to slam it for it to close.

Great stay! I’ll forsure be back. Super kind staff and the restaurant attached was soo tasty! Do not miss out on eating there!
