My boyfriend and I always come to this hotel whenever we come to NYC. The staff is great and the parking garage is right across the street (there is discounts parking). They also have a wonderful breakfast option as well. We will always come back!

Staff was very unwelcoming and not helpful. Room was not like pictures, very small and bathroom very small as well. Felt claustrophobic.
Only good thing was water pressure.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and amenities included. Overall if you are looking for a nice place to stay that is affordable and conveniently close to other stores and restaurants in NYC, this is a great place to stay!

The room was tidy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were a bit small, but for the price in a main tourist spot in NYC I don't think you could find better! Breakfast was included as well which was a major plus. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Time Square was max. a 5 minute walk!
